Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy 

All sales on EABim.com are final, and we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you believe your item was damaged before you received it and you area able to provide irrefutable evidence, either in-person or with clear photos of the item and its packaging, please bring the item and its original packaging to our office for inspection.

Returns

Returns will ONLY be accepted within 7 business days of your online purchase, in-store purchase, or date of delivery.  If more time than 7 business days has elapsed we CANNOT accept a returned item or offer you an exchange or refund.  For an item to be eligible for return it must be UNUSED and in the identical condition that you received it in.  The item must also be in its undamaged original packaging and an original receipt or proof of purchase is required.  EA Group Inc reserves the right to charge a restocking fee based on the condition of the returned item and/or its packaging.  EA Group Inc reserves the right to refuse returns.

Some products that we sell cannot be returned, these products include, but are not limited to:

  • Any software, device or system that has been already registered with the manufacturer to an end user.
  • Any customized to order (CTO) systems.
  • Any special ordered items.
  • Any gift cards or gift card codes.

To return an item, please bring the product in its original packaging to our office.

Exchanges & Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected we will advise on if it has been approved or denied for an exchange or refund.

Exchanges and/or refunds will be declined under the following situations:

  • The item has been opened and/or used.
  • Any item not in its original condition.
  • Any item that has been damaged or missing parts.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 business days from its date of purchase or delivery.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Approved exchanges will be fulfilled with the exact same product or an equivalent model. If a suitable replacement is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as it becomes available for delivery or pickup.

If a refund has been approved, a credit will be processed directly to the credit card used when the original purchase was made within 7 business days.

Delivery costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.  If you receive a refund, any delivery cost that was originally paid will be deducted from your refund.
