Warranty & Refund Policy 

Warranty

EA Group Inc honors the manufacturer's (1) year limited parts & labour warranty on all computer systems, tablets and phones. You can review the warranty for each manufacturer via their respective websites. All other goods carry a 90 day warranty from the original purchase date.

Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges or refunds will ONLY be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products must be in as-sold, working condition with all original packaging and accessories unless the product is returned due to a manufacturer defect. Opened software and systems registered to an end user CANNOT be returned due to licensing and copyright laws. Customized-to-order (CTO) systems, special-order items and gift cards CANNOT be returned. EA Group Inc reserves the right to charge a restocking fee based on the condition of the returned goods and packaging, for returns that are not defective in nature. Refunds will be made directly to the same credit card used when making the initial purchase.  NO refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the original purchase date. After 90 days from the original purchase date, products are subject to the manufacturer's warranty guidelines.
